Term Of Service
General:
- The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. For commercial use, the price will be double your request. Please discuss this with me first.
- I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. All rights to the characters or designs used in the commission belong to you, the client.
- I have the right to decline or accept any commission request.
- I have the rights to use the commissioned piece as my portfolio and I am allowed to post it on my socials. If you want your commission to remain private, please inform me beforehand.
- Please credit me if you post or use the commissioned artwork elsewhere. Proper attribution helps support my work.
- Do not feed my artwork into AI programs, databases, or use it to create NFTs.
- Please note that my art style tends to be cuter and more feminine.
- By purchasing a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service
Workflow:
- Please provide me with references to me, I cannot work on descriptions alone.
- You’re allowed up to 3 revisions. Major changes can only be made during the sketch phase. After approval, only minor tweaks are allowed. Major revisions afterward will incur extra charges.
- The work will take around 1 - 2 weeks. If I need more time due to personal reasons, I will inform you as soon as possible.
- The canvas size is 300dpi, around 2480px (1:1 or A4 Landscape/Portrait).
- The result will be sent via G-Drive link, format is PNG.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund:
- All transactions will be handled with Paypal, Ko-fi, and Bank Transfer (BCA) for IDR (Local) only.
- For Paypal payments, I will send an invoice to your PayPal. No other method.
- Payment is 100% Upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete your commission or I make the mistake on your commission.
- Once a sketch has been made, you can't ask for a refund or cancel the commission.
